A1: Absolutely. We are a professional manufacturer integrating R&D, design, production and after-sales service for metal coil processing equipment. 
  We can customize cut to length line, slitting line, flying shear line and mobile shear according to your coil material, thickness, width, output speed, finished size and workshop layout. Non-standard customized solutions are fully supported. 

Q2: What kinds of materials can your shear lines process? 
A2: Our full range of shearing lines are applicable to carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum coil, silicon steel, color coated steel and other metal coils.

Q3: What is the difference between Cut to Length Line and Slitting Line? 
A3: • Cut to Length Line: Uncoil, level and cut coils into fixed-length flat sheets.
      • Slitting Line : Slit wide coils into multiple narrow strips and rewind them into finished strips. 
We also provide flying shear line for high-speed continuous cutting and combined cut-to-length & slitting line for dual functions. 

Q4: What is your MOQ and delivery time? 
A4: • MOQ: 1 set for each type of shear line.
       • Standard equipment delivery time: 180 working days.
       • Non-standard customized machines will be confirmed according to technical drawings. 

Q5: What are the features of Mobile Shear? 
A5: The mobile shear is flexible and movable, no fixed installation required. 
    It is suitable for on-site temporary shearing, small-batch production and multi-site operation, with low cost and wide applicability.
